For now, no international shipping:

As of December 11, 2024, due to the high cost of shipping outside of the US and requirements of the EU's new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we are unable to ship internationally. We're searching for a way to distribute these outside of the US - fingers crossed!

Refunds / Exchanges:

For US orders, if you would like to return an item for a refund, please contact us to discuss. Since we are a small store, we'll likely ask you mail the item back to us and we will issue a refund after we receive it (less shipping cost and fees). We don't generally exchange items, but you can contact us to discuss. At a minimum, you would need to cover the additional postage for shipping your item back to us, and for the new item to be shipped to you after we receive the old item.
